The narrative of this home is told over twenty-one plateaus and seven books.

The project's goal is to give a house that has belonged to the same family for many generations a fresh and

distinct identity. The original house was created through the combination of several interventions made at various dates and using various construction methods. Each room in the house reflects a certain chapter in the life of this family. Therefore, it was crucial to preserve the architecture, areas, functions, garden, and memories while also presenting them in a novel manner.

The objective of the project is to inject new life into a home that has been in the same family for many
generations. The original house was built by combining a number of alterations carried out at various times and
using diverse construction techniques. Every space of the home represents a specific period in the life of this
family. In order to portray the architecture, places, functions, garden, and memories in a fresh way, it was
essential to conserve them.

Rooms with a broad range of sizes and heights are produced by the interior's regard for the system of intermediate levels. The furnishings, which are the same gray hue as some of the garden's tree species' trunks, contain the old home's supporting framework.

The house is intertwined with the pine trees and the pleasant memories that abound here.

The young widow's physical and spiritual well-being were priorities when the Elves Home with the dark indoor pool was constructed. The project aims to produce something potent but understated. a delicate location that gives serenity and diverse viewpoints of the surrounding wildlife throughout the year.

It was more than just a practice in aesthetics. It is a place for spiritual renewal and purification of the body and soul. The main problem is an architecture that is closely related to nature, produced, and placed in relation to the surrounding forest-like landscape. Any architecture must have a strong connection to the outdoors and the changing seasons.
It's all about the various ways that light can be paired with its opposite, the shadow. Vertical apertures to the south allow direct sunshine into the depth of the space, while large glass doors to the west and east terraces link to the garden. The glossy painted ceilings and the bronze-plastered fireplace reflect the greenlight that is filtered by the huge trees. The inner grass wallpaper-covered walls and the dark-toned oak floor absorb the shadow play.

Warm and dark natural fabrics absorb the sunshine like a forest. The Japanese tradition of semi-dark, gloomy rooms, where the colors appear muted and the glow emanates from within, has an impact on the atmosphere. a place where the dark is warm and profoundly colorful.

We were asked to construct a single-family home on an old tennis court in the Valencia suburb of a long-
established beautiful city. It provided us with a flat area with background greenery, a large tree, and an ancient
subterranean warehouse that had been converted into a swimming pool.

Due of the lack of communal activity in the streets of this urban model, we have developed an interior-focused
typology to better understand how users interact with outdoor space.

The program is set up in a spine from the northern entry area to the terrace at the southern end of the property
due to its length. The morning light enters the rooms through openings, gaps, and a courtyard on the east façade, while a flat, opaque façade on the west side seeks shade from the sun under the nearby greenery.

The house is constructed using white clay bricks as a nod to the nearby residential architecture. Each piece's
size enables us to roughly translate the volumetric forcefulness that characterizes the project's outside
appearance to the human scale. This assertiveness reaches its pinnacle in the vertical component that defines the "paellero," a significant aspect of Valencian social life. It is set off by a light, overhanging pergola made of
pine slats on the southern terrace, which creates a covered outdoor area. The thickness of the enclosures, cross ventilation, and how the house responds to varied sun orientations all work together to generate a system of passive measures that enhance the climatic performance of the building.
